Chad came to the SBDC in 2016. Prior to joining the Lead Center, Chad was a Business Advisor in Billings. He assisted in major expansion plans for businesses through incentive programs, and also managed the Business Expansion and Retention Resource team at Big Sky Economic Development. Chad is a Montana State University graduate and a certified NxLeveL instructor. He has experience in marketing, new client development, grant management, business planning, strategic planning and overall business coaching. His expertise has helped businesses understand the marketing landscape in today’s business environment, secure capital for employee training and offset business expenses through expansion incentives.

Lori has been with the Department of Commerce and the Small Business Development Center since August 2009. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Management & Business from the University of Great Falls. Lori's areas of expertise include federal grant management, financial review, program review, and state contracting.
