Quincy Walter joined the Montana Small Business Development Center in the fall of 2021 at Great Northern Development Cooperation in Wolf Point. She holds a bachelor's degree from Montana State University Billings in Communication, focusing on Public Relations. Growing up on a farm and ranch in central Montana, Quincy learned about hard work and the dedication that goes from sun up to sun down of any small business. She has always been passionate about helping others, especially when reaching their dreams and making them come true.

As a Regional Director, Quincy advises and provides technical assistance to new and existing businesses with business planning, market research, human resources, social media, Quickbooks, cybersecurity, financial assistance, and preparing to apply for a loan. Her expertise includes marketing, website communication, social media, branding, and newsletters. She also helps to bring experts to her region by providing workshops and events around North Eastern Montana. When she isn't keeping up with her little boys and doing house projects with her husband, you will find Quincy serving her community in Circle and continuing her education to help small businesses in Eastern Montana grow and prosper.
